Bipolar I study
Is Bipolar I depression affecting your child or teen?
The purpose of this study is to look into the safety and efficacy of cariprazine in the treatment of bipolar depression for children. Cariprazine is approved in the United States by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for the treatment of bipolar depression in adults, however, has only been studied in a limited number of children under 18 years of age. As the safety and effectiveness of cariprazine in children under 18 years of age has not been established, cariprazine is not currently approved by the FDA for use in children and therefore its use in this study is investigational (being tested).

opioid use disorder study
Still Struggling with Opioid Use Disorder?
Opioid use disorder (OUD) is a chronic disease of the brain sometimes called opioid addiction characterised by the continual use of opioids despite harmful consequences caused by their use. OUD may involve physical dependence (where withdrawal can cause symptoms such as aches, pains, and nausea) and psychological dependence (where withdrawal can cause symptoms such as strong cravings for the substance or affect behaviour and difficulty thinking about anything else). INDV-2000 is a non-opioid drug being developed for treatment of OUD. INDV-2000 works by binding to proteins in the brain called orexin-1 (OX1R) receptors, which may help treat opioid dependency by reducing craving, relapse, and symptoms of withdrawal. INDV-2000 is an extended-release tablet taken by mouth once every day.
